Our Dorchester health-care apartments will be located in an historic former school building located in the heart of the village of Dorchester, Wisconsin. You, your family member --- individuals and couples --- will be warmly welcomed in this friendly, rural community.
When the new unit’s remodeling is completed, The HOMEPLACE of Dorchester will include fourteen one-bedroom apartments where tenants will receive healthcare assistance in addition to all meals, housekeeping, and program services.
Grand opening scheduled in July 2008.
HOMEPLACE assisted living communities were first founded by the Tallman family beginning in Mondovi, WI. Our second facility opened in Stanley, Wisconsin in 2005. In addition to the HOMEPLACE of Stanley healthcare apartments, the Stanley campus includes the popular Alberta May’s Restaurant, banquet rooms, and Stanley’s 5th Avenue senior condominiums. Future plans in the complex include renovations of space for a second HOMEPLACE Haven (Opening in Jan. 2008) offering Alzheimer’s and dementia care in a small and peaceful setting.
