Cost Comparison
The cost of living at HOMEPLACE Senior
Healthcare Apartments varies with apartment size and the amount of
personal care contracted. Typically, living at The HOMEPLACE
costs about half the amount of a nursing home, with often the same
level of care. Also, our apartments and common
areas are much more spacious and attractive. We welcome both tenants
who privately pay, as well as those receiving assistance.Cost
Range
Our monthly fees for a single individual start on average at
$2,820. At this amount your service agreement would include a
standard one-bedroom apartment with 2 hours of personal care a week.
It also includes three daily meals, cleaning, laundry, medication
assistance and help with transportation to the doctor. Additional
hours of care are billed on a per service basis. Your only other
monthly expense will be telephone and (depending on location) cable
TV. Couples can expect pro-rated service rates based on each
partner's required level of care. There is a one-time non-refundable
service and holding fee of $400 due prior to move in.
